    Description

    Being a big fan of the Salamida Company's Spiedie Sauce I gave their Lemon Garlic Marinade a try and loved it. So far this 24 hour marinade has been great on chicken and salmon. My uncle swears by it on pork and veal. Haven't heard of anyone trying it as a vegetable but that is on the label.
    I have a few bottles on hand but could probably find more if needed.
