Vintage Boy Scout Flag with Ribbons Pole Base and Finial Olympia, WA. What a find. 35 plus ribbons ranging from 1980-2019. Original base, 2 pole pieces, and finial. Because of the size and weight I am going to ship the finial and base in a USPS flat rate box and ship the flag, 2 pole sections, and ribbons separately. Glad to send more photos or measurements.
