Vintage Christian Brooks Men's Size 40R Black and White Houndstooth Suit

Description

Great looking suit with a small subtle houndstooth plaid in classic black and white.  This came from Kirby's Men's Wear of Tampa, Florida.  Buttons on suit and pants are black and grey swirled plastic flat buttons.  Pants are pleat front with side pockets.  Back horizontal slash pockets with the left side having a button closure.  Waistband has a 3" long secure fabric tab at closure with black plastic button.  Pants are equipped with inside waistband suspender buttons in front and back.  Inside buttons are brown swirl plastic.  Belt loops fit up to 1.25" wide belt.  Bottom hem has 1.5" cuffs.  Jacket has two horizontal slash pockets with flaps at waist height.  Fully lined in light gray polyester.  Inside chest pockets on both sides and left side has additional lower inside pocket.  Single center back vent.  The jacket measures 40" around the chest, 40" around the waist and 44" around at the hips.  It is 30" long from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem.  Sleeves are 24" long from shoulder seam.  Sleeves are 31" long from the collar at neckline to the bottom sleeve hem.  The back shoulder to shoulder measurement is 19".
The pants measure 36" around the waist and 42“ around at the hips.  They are
